From its start as a law firm HRM Advocaten has specialised in cooperation issues at the interface between employment law and Human Resource Management. When counselling our clients we also focus on corporate law questions, such as disputes between shareholders, company directors and supervisory boards. In our vision our added value is in proactive and preventive counselling. By suggesting a strategic approach, we best serve the organisational interests of our clients on a consistent basis.

Our clients are medium-sized and large companies and institutions, both in the Netherlands and abroad. We have informal, close relations with our contact persons in the organisations in question. This way we make sure that we are provided with all the information on the company and its business operations we need. And by doing so we can offer our clients solutions that match the organisation’s strategy, philosophy and policy.

Our lawyers attach great value to working closely together, which contributes to a unique and inspiring atmosphere in which our services will have full play. Many of our lawyers have gained experience in the world of business as well. Each HRM Advocaat sees further development and new targets as a challenge.
